Gospel Colors, Inc., was started and is being developed through contributions of Christians from many different professions, as well as individuals who do not yet know the living love and grace of Jesus Christ in their lives. We are all, however, seeing firsthand how the Holy Spirit is working in wondrous ways!

Though I was drawn to missions as a child, God did not call me long-term into the overseas mission field till the year 2000, after I met other doctors working with Mission to the World. I am now also a missionary with Mission to the World (the mission-sending agency of the Presbyterian Church of America). As a physician, I lead or participate in short-term medical mission trips all over the world. On several of the earlier trips, I realized that I can help develop ways to share the Gospel through avenues other than medical ministry.

The love of Christ can be conveyed in many, often simple, ways: a gentle look, a helpful hand, a small but meaningful gift, a kind gesture--things that can transcend language and culture. Colors can also transcend language and convey a message. Gospel Colors, Inc., employs gemstones, semi-precious jewels and metals, brightly-colored balloons, and other materials to share the Gospel. A sequence of colors, as in the classic Wordless Book of the Gospel, can relay the story of how much we are loved by our one Creator God who sent His one and only Son to be payment for our sins.

I and the members of the Board of Directors of this company hope and pray that under God's plans He will use this company, the individuals involved, and its profits to further His Kingdom. We also pray that the word of God, the love and gift of Jesus Christ in granting us eternal life through faith in His death and resurrection, and the work of the Holy Spirit in us will, indeed, pervade our lives, lives to be lived in spiritual obedience and worship. May all this be to the glory and honor of God, and may we enjoy Him forever!
